Covers (Brown with Gilt Lettering) worn especially at top and bottom of spine and corners. Binding very stressed especially at back of book. Some wear on inside of back cover. Top third of pages rippled. xix, 546 pages. 87 black & white photographs. White edges of the pages of 9 plates have been trimmed (one has part of the caption missing). U.S. orders are shipped from N.Y. state.
